Vice President of Development

Location: UAE (Remote/Hybrid)

Overview: Casim is seeking an experienced and passionate VP of Development to lead our engineering teams as we build the UAE’s premier eInvoicing platform on the Peppol network. This leadership and hands-on technical role is crucial to ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant software systems aligned with the Ministry of Finance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development efforts, from architecture to deployment
• Oversee and expand a team of talented developers
• Ensure solutions meet UAE eInvoicing technical and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance and Commercial teams

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in software development, with 5+ years in leading development teams
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures and scalable SaaS
• Strong familiarity with regulatory or compliance-heavy domains
